What goes into a wash & fold order?
Wash & fold is for clothes you would normally put in a washing machine at home: T-shirts, shirts, jeans, trousers, kurtas, nightwear, innerwear, gym clothes and kids’ clothes. These are weighed together and charged ₹99/Kg.
Bedsheets, towels, pillow covers and other household linen are heavier and need longer drying, so they are weighed separately at ₹159/Kg. Silk, zari, wool, blazers and anything with a “dry clean only” label should go for dry cleaning instead — those are priced per item.
How a pickup works

Tips for a better wash & fold order
- Empty pockets — pens and lip balm are the most common cause of stains on a whole load.
- Keep new dark or bright clothes that may bleed colour aside and tell us when you hand them over.
- Point out any stain you want us to look at so it gets attention before washing.
- Combine family laundry into one pickup — orders of ₹399 or more (a little over 4 Kg of everyday clothes) get free pickup and delivery.
